"I really LOVED this course! There were lots of things that came out of it for me. For example, I was dreading turning 50. It sounded to me like a life-sentence. However, I see now that it doesn't mean what I had made it mean, and now I've got a completely new relationship to my age – I've really embraced it. I'm actually excited about growing young as I get old... I've had a lifelong commitment to physical health, exercise and nutrition, and I went into the course feeling like I had a head start in this area. This course was really validating for me. I saw that I had been making really great choices in these areas. Even so, I came out with a new relationship to my well-being – I'm not exactly sure how this has happened, but I sure have a lot more energy. My husband and I did this course together. We've been married for 25 years, we have a great relationship and love each other's company – life is good for us in this area. Even so, we came out of the weekend being more inspired and excited than ever about designing an entirely new future for ourselves. During the weekend, I really got clear about who I wanted to be for the rest of my life and who I wanted to be known as – someone who is deeply committed to people, and who recognizes and embraces the extent to which I can contribute to others. Wining the Second Half has empowered me to take on new things. For example, I've started having choreography lessons to help bring an enriched experience of dance to special-needs children. I've also begun establishing a national non-profit that focuses on contributing music education to grandparents who are raising their grandchildren. I'm really excited about these projects. All in all, it was a wonderful course. I loved being around Ron and Mary Louise. I came away feeling so great about myself, and that feeling has stayed with me. I feel happier and more content with the quality of my life. I can really see how fantastic my second half can be. I feel really blessed."
