I used to go through a bottle of Ibuprofen a month, now I still after six months have the same bottle sitting in the cupboard. Also, I have relieved side effects from medication that I take. I love the very simple life that I live now, and appreciate it as if it were the larger than life experience that I thought I needed to have. I am thankful for that. Not only that, but recovering my passion for my life has allowed me to recognize my own simple gifts and enabled me to make my own unique contribution.
