"Since doing this course, there has been a fundamental shift in the quality of my life. It is so distinct that I actually relate to it as 'life before the course' and 'life after the course' – it just has that quality to it. I went into this course seeing myself as being 'nearly 50' years old. I liked being my age, and felt there were lots of areas where I was really starting to enjoy getting the hang of life. Even so, I could readily identify many areas where I noticed that I was 'getting older'. In some respects, it seemed like age was 'happening' to me. I came out of the course feeling fundamentally 'young' – not just younger, but, literally, young. It wasn't a 'high', or a spur of the moment euphoria, in fact, I was in a calmer and more thoughtful place than I had been in years. I run a music education organization that operates internationally, and I always have far more to do that I am ever able to get done. Even so, in the months since completing the course, I have more energy and far more vitality. I'm less certain about certainty, and far more compelled to consciously create each day. I am opening up numerous new business and educational opportunities; I've begun distance-swimming almost every day; I have taken on a coach and am being trained in archery; I have resumed my own piano studies; I have transformed my relationship to health and nutrition; I am steadily losing weight and becoming more youthful in my appearance, and generally, I'm having a blast. I just feel young! Unlike other excellent programs that I have done over the last 20 or 30 years, and have really worked at incorporating the value of these into my life, this program seems effortless by comparison. It is as though the quality and nature of the content of this course has just caused a shift in my world. Life is just not the same as it was. There is a grace and elegance to this program. It is an intelligent and authentic dialog, and it's designed for people who take their lives seriously but who are interested in a new level of access to youthfulness and accomplishment at any and every age.
